If you want halal gelatin, Jazaa's is great! It was a great addition to my falooda $2.99!

I'd never made jelly like this before, so I had a little bit of trouble understanding how to make it since the instructions were unclear. Here's what I did to make it work though:

-boil 2 cups of water
-add 1 tbsp of gelatin mix
-stir until mix is completely dissolved
-take off stove and pour into desired dishes to take shape
-chill overnight

It tasted like...water. I think you can add some fruit juice or sugar to make it more flavorful!
