In a surprising turn of events, 11 individuals were recently indicted by a grand jury on charges related to a violent antifa attack during a peaceful march in Pacific Beach, San Diego. This march, dubbed the "Patriot March," took place in January 2021 and, contrary to some media portrayals, was a peaceful demonstration until the arrival of Antifa. Now, this might shock some of you, given the frequent insistence that Antifa is nothing but a myth. Yet, this mythical group managed to earn themselves an indictment in sunny California.

The charges against these individuals are no laughing matter. With 29 felony counts filed, including conspiracy to commit a riot, use of tear gas, and assault with a deadly weapon, it seems our "mythical" group was indeed armed and dangerous. Just picture it: peaceful marchers, innocently waving their flags, only to be met with tear gas and wooden lawn chairs flung their way. And, here's the kicker, all these individuals allegedly aligned with Antifa. Makes one wonder where the myth ends and reality begins.

More interestingly, this story has largely remained under the radar. Despite the severity of the allegations and the clear violation of peaceful protesting, mainstream media coverage has been scant. Perhaps it's time to look beyond the curtain and question the narratives that are being sold. After all, peaceful protests don't usually involve baseball bats and stun guns, do they?

As this case progresses, we'll be keeping an eye on the developments. Will justice be served, or will these indicted individuals merely receive a slap on the wrist? Only time will tell. But one thing's clear: the line between myth and reality is becoming increasingly blurred.
