This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Intermediate client. Learn an advanced series of Full Body Integration exercises that include Balance Control Front and Tendon Stretch. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs are 1R and 1B on a Balanced Body reformer.
