Important Update from Discovery Gardens

We are pleased to announce that the balloting date for Discovery Gardens has been set for October 15, 2024. This balloting will include members who have deposited up to 50% of the total value of their files or can deposit up to 50% by October 10, 2024.

Additionally, please note that the total cost of plots for new bookings will increase by 25% to 32% after the balloting. This change will take effect immediately after the balloting date.

Development work at the site is also being accelerated to ensure that the first blocks are ready for occupation as soon as possible.
