Join us in this latest episode as we continue our journey through the construction of a stunning new villa in La Zagaleta, located in sector B. In this update, we reconnect with Chris Warren from Renson Management to discuss the latest developments in the building process.
It's been around five months since our last visit, and significant progress has been made. The roof is now complete, featuring straight edges prepared for plastering around the entire structure, and the interior scaffolding has been removed. We also explore the advancements made on the terrace, part of which has been effectively waterproofed and tested. The groundwork is being laid for the garden between the main terrace and the swimming pool.
Inside, we look closer at the designated area for a striking, large gas fireplace and examine the expansive area planned for the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, which leads to the covered terrace.
