Meteora monasteries, the beautiful UNESCO World heritage site in Greece is really one of the world's most impressive wonders. Monasteries built on the high cliffs dating way back into the 14th century will impress every visitor or pilgrim. Six of original twenty-four Meteora monasteries are located near the Greece town of Kalambaka in the central Greece.
