This is "Cactus Jack Slade," a song in the 1979 Western comedy known as "The Villain" (or "Cactus Jack" in the U.K. and Australia). It was performed by country music star, Mel Tillis. This soundtrack consists of recordings I made while watching the film. I tried recording and editing music that wasn't completely drowned out by sound effects, and these are the end results. I wish I could remove the sound effects entirely, but alas my audio skills are not that great. The name of this track is unofficial.
