On Thursday, the Delhi Police is expected to submit the chargesheet in the sexual assault case against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the head of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI). Last week, protesting wrestlers received assurances from Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Anurag Thakur that the Delhi Police had been instructed to submit the charge sheet by June 15. He added that until June 15 the wrestlers had agreed to refrain from any type of protest.
