On Christmas Eve (2021), we drove from Columbia, SC to Atlanta, GA for the 2021 Atlanta Christkindl Market at Buckhead ([ Ссылка ]).

There were tons of great food, such as Bratwurst, CurryWurst, Schnitzel, Pretzels, Goulash, and Doners. We also got to enjoy a slurry of sweets, such as Crepes, Chimney Cakes, Macaroons and various other chocolate goodies. Finally, we were impressed with the number of vendors selling goods we used to see in Europe, like Kathae Wohlfahrt ([ Ссылка ]) and the ceramic houses and building that we've grown to love.

After so many years in Europe, we set our expectations low as to not be disappointed, but surprisingly the Atlanta Christkindl Market was a resounding success. We only regret we didn't go earlier in the year so we could've spent the day in Atlanta to see other sites.
