The National Retail Federation is expecting a three to four percent growth in spending over last year. The family-owned store Good Things in Maple Grove hopes that their unique offerings and friendly customer service will result in strong sales this holiday season. “We survived solely because of the customer service that we provide,” said Good Things store manager Teresa Klettenberg. “It's kind of a lost art at this point in time.”
