The Prometheus Cup is an international debating tournament organised by the Raffles Debate Academy. This round features Anglo-Chinese Junior College and Nanyang Girls High School in the Semi Finals of the competition.
Motion: THBT democracy should be a pre-condition for receiving international development aid. The debate was won by ACJC (Prop).
