Day one: travelled toArm River trail head, hiked through to New Pelion Hut, then onto summit Mt Ossa. unfortunately due to extremely steep, slippery snow and hidden crevices we had to make the shattering decision to pull out so close to the top! after dragging our bottom lips back to new pellion hut we had a couple of celebra............SYMPATHY beers and bunkered down for the night, the next morning we set off back down Arm River Track to the car. thanks again for watching and we WILL be back to conquer this bump in the ground!
