Seafood 300g (Salmon, Abalone)
Tofu 100g

Nappa cabbage 100g
Mushrooms 100g
Zucchini 100g
Potatoes 50g
Daikon 50g
Onions 50
2 cloves of garlic
Green chili pepper 30g
Green onions 30g
Cooking oil 1 tsp
Instructions: 👩🏻🍳
1. Into a shallow pot heat the cooking oil, add minced garlic and onions. Stir about 30 seconds!.
2. Add mushrooms, potatoes, daikon, and napa cabbage!.
3. Gently pour the dashi broth!.
4. Add doenjang and soy sauce. Bring it to boil and let it simmer about 8 mins!.
5. Turn off the heat, and let the stew cool down completely!.
6. Reboil the stew for the second time, and add the seafood!.
7. Simmer for 5 mins!.
8. Lastly add tofu and fresh chopped chili peppers, and turn off the heat!.
9. Serve hot with steamed rice!. Enjoy☺️
