Season your tri tip with salt and pepper
Reverse sear on your @nomadgrills until the internal temp reaches 115 degrees and then finish as 130-135 for medium rare.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and make sure you cut against the grain!
Serve with red chimichurri!
Red chimichurri
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of parsley
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup or red wine vinegar
1 cup of roasted red peppers
1 juiced lemon
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 garlic cloves
A pinch of crushed red pepper
