Jean-Christophe Victor is the founder and scientific director of LEPAC, an interdisciplinary research centre specialised in prospective
studies and transmission of knowledge through innovative cartographic analysis. LEPAC aims to enlighten public debate on long-term issues, and to train managers in local government and the corporate sector. Recent works include studies on Cities of the Future and on urbanisation in Asia. Jean-Christophe Victor graduated in Oriental Languages and earned a PHD in anthropology. He teaches in France and several foreign universities. He is the author of a weekly programme on the European channel ARTE on geopolitical affairs and has written a number of books on geopolitics.
