The ICGI was awarded a prestigious Lighthouse grant by the Norwegian Research Council for their DoMore! Project. By exploiting Big Data and applying digital tools such as deep learning, DoMore! will model and understand heterogeneity in the three most common forms of cancer (prostate, colorectal, and lung). This is a collaborative effort led by Director Håvard Danielsen of ICGI, with partners from University of Oxford, University College London, University of Oslo Department of Informatics, Vestfold Hospital and three commercial partners.
The goal is to explore the unique combination of academic and industrial competence within the DoMore! project to radically improve prognostication and hence treatment of cancer.
