To get Alsanna's soul in the Ivory King DLC you basically have to farm 50 Loyce Souls from the trash in Burnt Ivory King's room. She gives out the Loyce armor set as well at various tiers. At 50 souls the ice barriers break away and you can talk to her and get her soul. Then you can get the Eleum Loyce curved sword from Ornifex.

You also get the Ivory King armor set from the vendor in Majula when you farm the full 50 souls, which i did not know at the time of making this video.
