This video is a recording of the National Stormwater Day 2024 webinar. This is the second celebration of National Stormwater Day that was initiated to recognize the establishment of EPA's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase I program that works within the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program as outlined in the Clean Water Act. The MS4 Phase I program was launched on November 16, 1990 to target the impacts of stormwater runoff in large urban communities and areas.
