What you’ll need to prepare for the upcoming Binaural Sound Meditation:
• A comfy, quiet place. (We like to lay down)
• Headphones
• Eye mask
• Some kind of intention
• Helpful ways to frame your intention
• What do I want to let go of? (Ex. stress, fear, anxiety, pain, anger)
• What do I want to welcome in? (Ex. peace, laughter, joy, love, happiness, patience)
• Your role as a listener is important. This will be a relaxing time to explore your feelings from a new perspective. If the sounds make you feel nostalgic, calm, or joyful, just be an observer, without judgement, allowing the emotional tapestry to come and go, without attaching to one idea, and not beating yourself up if you keep thinking about that email you need to send. Just surrender, allow, trust and accept
