Sukma (Chattisgarh), Oct 06 (ANI): A large number of misled tribal youth, who had joined Naxal outfits, have realized the futility of violence and laid down his arms. With passage of time, many youngsters, who were recruited, have understood that change in society does not come through bloodshed but through education and development.Vetti Rama was one such Naxalite who surrendered and returned to the mainstream. Rama, who had a bounty of eight lakh rupees on his head, says the continuous imposition of ideas and diktats opened his eyes. Rama further added that Naxals have done nothing for the tribal people and instead exploited them for their own benefits. Now, a majority of tribal people have realized the malicious designs of Naxals and are opposing their diktats. These innocent villagers and tribal are now aware of the two-faced policies of the Naxals and many are now returning to the mainstream. After all, no one would be interested in being part of a movement which is based on false promises.
