𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Ingredients:
2 litres of water
750 g of beetroots
1 leek
3 carrots
1-2 parsleys
2 celery sticks or a small piece of a root celery
3 cloves of garlic
3 spoons of vinegar or lemon juice
4-5 dried mushrooms
Spices:
1 tbs of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sugar
8-10 grains of allspice
3-4 bay leaves
1 tbs of marjoram
1 tsp of ginger
