Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates foundation massage techniques for the hand.

These techniques can be used within a wider treatment to the upper limb (arm), and are great for people suffering from generalised hand stiffness, forearm tension and for those suffering with arthritis within the hand or fingers.

These are examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Level 3 #Sports #Massage or Combined Sports Massage Diploma, which is available as a face to face, and blended learning course, at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
