Former US ambassador to NATO, Kurt Volker reacts to the announcement that all US and Nato troops will leave Afghanistan.
Mr Volker told Sky News that he was concerned that there was a risk of the Taliban returning if Afghanistan was left without US military support.
He said that setting an arbitrary withdrawal deadline 'puts the cards in the hands of the Taliban'.
