Professor Adandé Belarmain Fandohan, Director of the School of Tropical Forestry at the National University of Agriculture of Benin, explains how he integrated the FAO elearning Academy's course series Forest Monitoring for Climate Action into the Master's programme. He shares the methods he implemented to ensure effective learning outcomes, including introducing the National Forest Inventory (NFI) course and organizing group learning sessions. Professor Fandohan highlights the importance of this training in preparing students for sustainable forest management in the face of climate challenges, while also enhancing their academic and professional skills.
