The family of charity campaigner and former Victorian of the Year Father Bob Maguire have accepted an offer for a state funeral.
The Catholic Priest died last Wednesday at the age of 88.
He founded the Father Bob Maguire Foundation, which provided services to help disadvantaged individuals and reduce homelessness.
A date and location for the service is yet to be confirmed.
