My customised Catmate C3000. Since Sevi (the black and white tuxedo cat) is very food motivated and pretty clever when it comes to food, I needed a way to feed both of my cats and give them equal opportunity to get to the kibbles, without him being able to reach the feeder and break it open somehow. I ended up customising a Catmate C3000. The tray/bowl that would normally catch the kibbles has been sawed in half and we built a little cupboard especially for the feeder and mounted it on the wall well out of reach from the cats.
Using the frequent feed option on the automatic feeder it dispenses several small meals throughout the day. The Trixy Activity Board beneath it adds for a little bit extra challenge for the few kibbles that land on it.
Dasca (the black cat) is a still a bit cautious in this clip, since he wasn't entirely used to the feeder yet. These days he comes running just as quickly as the other cat when the feeder switches on.
