A lot of work is done behind the scenes for logistics and deadlines for me, and I can’t do it alone. My best mates have been by my side to help me along the way… most of the time.

Aaron Grist and Luke Zocchi (Azza & Zoc) have been my best mates since childhood and work closely with me daily. So when my schedule became too packed to go out and do another show on health and wellness secrets worldwide, I enlisted his best mates to go for him. They are highly under-qualified but in the most lovable way.
