New Metro City Gujar Khan is the 3rd project of BSM developers. The first project of BSM, Gwadar Golf City, was a big success since the delivery to the clients was offered before the time. Likewise, their second project, New Metro City Kharian, where the plots were offered on easy instalment plans also turned out to be successful because of the pace of the work and the delivery. New Metro City Gujar Khan is the centre of attention for all the investors and dealers of the Twin Cities particularly because of the name attached with the project. The owner of BSM, Mr. Bilal Bashir Malik, is the Grandson of Mr. Malik Riaz Hussain, the owner of Bahria Town. New Metro City Gujar Khan has announced the pre-launch rates and hence the pre-bookings of the offered plot sizes. The society then finally revealed the upcoming category, which is of 8 Marla and 14 Marla Premium Category Residential Plots. On 20th of August 2022, the society conducted an event, Early Bird Balloting, where plot numbers were allotted to the lucky members for the plot sizes of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal only for Block A of Sector 1. 70 % of these plot cutting for Block have been balloted whereas the remaining 30% were supposed to be balloted in the Special Ballot for 8 and 14 Marla Plots that was supposed to take place on 30th of September 2022. The society then officially introduced its commercial plots of 2.66 Marla and 5 Marla initially and then finally introduced its 8 Marla Commercial Plot. The important question especially after the Early Bird Balloting was that of the Transfer Process for the balloted and non balloted files. The society right away announced the transfer of balloted files to be open from 23rd August 2022 whereas the Transfer process of non balloted files will officially commence on the 3rd of October 2022. Despite of the numerous successful submissions of the Files of New Metro City Gujar Khan, a common issue faced by the customers is that of the instalments pressure. According to some members this may have also effected the overall market of the project for some time however, both the clients and the society management have put forward their respective reasonings. However, for the first time New Metro City Gujar Khan has announced Villas of 5 Marla and 7 Marla with an easy instalment plan of 1.5 years. According to the society, these villas which will be in the Early Bird Block will be given the possession in the next six months. The plus point of these plots is not only the affordable downpayment and no Baloon Payment but also the payment plan is not of 2 but 3.5 years. This is a big relief to the customers willing to invest in New Metro City Gujar Khan. Another update from the society is regarding the Balloting of A South Block that was supposed to take place towards the end of February, the Ballot is postponed to 10th March 2023. The last date to qualify to be eligible in the Balloting is 7th of March 2023.
