Driving to Barcelona hotel After 24-Hour flight from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Yes, I got a little bit of sleep on the plane, but not a lot. And there's a 7-hour time difference. Consequently, there's a bit of jet lag. All the defensive driving techniques are the same. Driving on the M31 was the same as any other freeway. There is lots of shoulder checking required owing to the lane splitting motorcycles and scooters. As well, cars don't signal and you have to push your way through traffic. In the end I knew I was near the hotel, so I parked the car and walked to find the hotel. When in doubt, use this strategy.
