Have too many zucchini? Try making mock apple pie, it’s so good you can’t tell! There are lots of recipes just find one that uses lemon juice and cream of tartar. This gives the acidity the zucchini lacks. This recipe is actually better with larger zucchini, like that one hiding in the garden.
