Ended up replacing the entire driveshaft, even the dealership can't replace the bearings. THEN.... found out how to replace the bearings, so my old driveshaft is for sale, $800 OBO. and the video is already uploaded, search 2013 Jeep Cherokee driveshaft bearing replacement.

When installing the shaft, ENSURE you beat the thing on to the transmission side. There's a clip that if it's not in all the way, your driveshaft will slide back some and make horrific noises when driving! Ask me how I know!
