All you need is one graft to take! Once that graft grows, you can cut more scions from it and graft those scions onto other trees! It becomes the ultimate multiplier, and everyone gets tasty, delicious fruit.

In this video, I take a small stem (aka scion) of the 'Sweet Tart' mango graft on the multi-grafted mango tree, and then I graft that scion onto another mango tree. That new graft took, and so now I have more 'Sweet Tart' mango growth on another mango tree. And this is how the great varieties of fruit have spread around the world. Fruits like the Hass Avocado, the Navel Orange, and the Red Delicious Apple are some examples.
