This year Yia Yia from Yia Yia's kitchen as been baking her special cookies for Mother's Day at Deckhouse, Watergrill Abbotsford and View By Sydney. In the kitchen with her is Dedes Waterfront Group's award-winning pastry chef Jason Langthorne.
Their tips on baking the perfect cookies are to start simple with basic ingredients, understand the oven you're working and always use full cream milk butter for full flavour in your cookies.
