Game Description:
The objective of this challenging game is for the team to strategically work together to navigate 5 colour balls of different sizes around a tarpaulin sheet and drop these balls in the designated holes marked with the same colour. They should balance the balls in such a way that it does not drop off the tarp sheet or drop in the wrong hole.
Learning Objectives:
The insights gained from this game are how to balance different tasks, plan, navigate and guide with the right approach, handle anxiety/pressure, align, manage, and work effectively as a team. Guided group discussion – game debrief.
