Focus: Lateral torso, bum area, and inner thighs.
In this session, we explore Half Dragonfly Pose, which stimulates the lateral side of the torso, reaching into the bum area. This side body stretch connects to the Gallbladder meridian, while the inner thigh targets the Liver meridian. Opening this area can bring up frustration or irritation, but it can also release stress. Breathe through any sensations, stay present, and use this as an opportunity to remain calm and observe what arises.

This 5-10 minute practice invites you to pause, breathe, and tune into the sensations in your body. I encourage you to play and experiment with the variations I offer — adjust your hands, explore the depth of the pose, and feel what works best for you. Turn inward, listen, and honor your body’s unique needs.
