In order to lessen the consequences of climate change, soil erosion, and biodiversity loss, more and more Kenyan farmers are using the agroforestry practice, which entails planting indigenous trees that are at risk of extinction alongside food crops. Joan Wandegi Nthiga is one of these farmers.
