The death toll from Monday’s building collapse in India has risen to 23.
Eighteen families had been living in the three-story building in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai.
At least twenty people have been rescued, including a four-year-old child.
Rescue workers are trying to reach several more people who are still trapped.
