Boonah is a village of about 2,500 people and is in the Fassifern Valley, west of Brisbane, Queensland, and is situated on Jagara and Yugarabal land which was settled by Europeans possibly in the 1840s as a cattle outpost. Much of the architecture in the old town still remains and is heritage listed, most of which can be seen at many points in this 4K walking tour.
As the town of Boonah is quite small, this is quite a short walk. But being a Monday public holiday, the town itself was reasonably busy with tourists like me.
Hope you enjoy this 4K walking tour.
