LiFePo4 battery packs like to be held in compression to stop them swelling. Now since I will be top balancing these cells to a higher than normal voltage they will probably like to be compressed for the balancing.
The only difference in this pack, to my final pack design is the orientation of some of the cells from a 24P into a 3P8S configuration, and a few joiner links
