Now we need fabric GSM,suppose fabric GSM -150 grams, wastage-8%,Allowance -12 cm.
knit fabric consumption formula =
(Body length +sleeve length+Allowance) /10000*(Chest+Allowance) *2*gsm*12/1000.+8%
=(60+15+12)*(45+6)/10000*2*150*12)/1000.+8%
=87*51*2*150*12/10000000+8%
=15973200/10000000+8%
=1.60+8%
=1.73/dozen.
suppose order qutty-10000 pcs.

so,
12 pcs consumption =1.73kg
1pcs consumption =1.73/12kg
10000 p.consumption =1.73*10000/12 kg
. . . . =1441.67 kg.
what is the factor of 10000 & 1000 in formula.
we know 100cm=1metter.(100)2cm=(100*100)cm=10000cm.
or,1000 means we calculate this consumption by gsm & 1kg =1000grams,
