May 19 (Bloomberg) -- Tony Hayward, chief executive officer of BP Plc, said in an interview yesterday that the overall environmental impact of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico will be "very, very modest." Hayward also sent a memo to employees, reassuring them the company has enough cash to cope with the costs of the oil spill disaster, according to the Wall Street Journal.
