BOK CHOY (5 MIN RECIPE) 🥬✨✨✨
A classic side dish for when you are trying to balance out your meals or the token green, but make it tasty, easy and fast!
Ingredients:
500g bok choy
4 garlic cloves (crushed)
30 ginger (sliced)
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tsp light soy sauce
Pinch white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1tsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water (thickening slurry)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Fry ginger and garlic in oil for 30 seconds on high, add bok choy and seasoning, cover the lid for 3min - 4min, remove lid and add thickening slurry, mix through and turn off the heat. Enjoy!
