Ingredients
12 whole eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla Essence
1 litre Milk
1/4 cup sugar
Process;
First take 1/4 cup sugar in a silver pan of around ( 2 Litres ).
Add sugar in it and cook for 2-3 minutes until the caramel is formed.
After caramel has formed, let it Coll for 15-20 minutes.
Crack 12 whole eggs in a bowl and beat them, then add 1 Cup sugar, 1 TBSP Vanilla Essence and 1 Litre Milk into that bowl. Beat all these ingredients for couple of minutes until you don’t feel sugar crystals in it.
After that pour this mixture into the same silver pan and sieve before pouring. Let this cool a bit.
Time to bake. We will bake this for 40 minutes at 200 F, and don’t forget to add hot water in the baking tray on which you will place your pan. Fill the baking tray with hot water till 1/2 of its depth.
After it is baked. Cool it and place it in refrigerator. After 6-8 hours and when its completely chill, serve it and enjoy.
