Welcome back to my channel. If you're new around here, my name is Alisha and today I am going to show you how to make biscoff cookie bars. There are actually biscoff & white chocolate cookie bars because biscoff and white chocolate are a marriage made in heaven!

For this recipe I used a 10x8inch tin, but you could probably use an 8inch round tin if you wanted it as more of a cookie pie.

Ingredients:
330g plain flour
180g butter
150g light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1tsp baking powder
100g white chocolate chunks/chips
1 jar of lotus biscoff spread

I really hope you enjoy this recipe. If you love biscoff, you are absolutely going to LOVE these! I've just had one for breakfast, is that bad?!
