What you need👇
1 Cup Plant Milk
2 Tbsp. Roasted Cashew Butter @nutbuttercollection
2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
5 Pieces Chestnut Mushroom
1 Zucchini
1 Red onion
1 Garlic head
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
Garlic powder (optional for a strong garlic kick)
salt & Pepper to taste
What you need to do👇
1️⃣Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣In a saucepan add your plant milk, Cashew butter, Nutritional yeast, smoked paprika (for red sauce), Garlic powder cook until thick and set aside.
3️⃣Add the garlic, onion, mushroom, zucchini to a large skillet Sautee for 5 min then add your pasta and vegan sauce cook for another 5 min and serve!
