Methi Muthiya Recipe -
Ingredients -
2 Cups Methi Bhaji (approx. 50 grams) (Washed and finely chopped)
2 tsps Green Chilly Paste
1 1/2 tsps Ginger Paste
1 1/2 tsps Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
2 tsps Sesame Seeds (Til)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 1/2 tblsps Sugar
2 tblsps Curd (Dahi)
2 tblsps Oil
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Coarsely ground Wheat Flour (If not available can use normal wheat flour instead of this)
1/2 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 tsp Oil
Oil for deep frying
Serve Hot or add them in Sabzi to enjoy :)
