Developers of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline say plans to implement the project are in high gear despite the presence of some people who are opposing it.
The proposed construction of a $3.5 billion pipeline will have a manifold in Kabaale, six pumping stations two of which will be located in Uganda as well as 27 heating stations and two pressure reduction stations.
