In this video I highlight some of the problems forces are creating through their positive action schemes to help candidates prepare for the Police Assessment Centre:
Sharing marking guides with candidates, the methods used to assess candidates, the types of questions they should prepare for, and as a result of a number of forces sharing too much detail, the actual questions used at the Police Assessment Centre during the interview phase.
I also explain why I have posted these for the benefit of my Clients in a Facebook Group only they can access.
In my opinion some police forces have taken positive action too far - it's making a mockery of the police recruitment process, borders on (or is?) unethical and does nothing to ensure we recruit the right people.
Game playing of the system from within to help hit targets?
