There are three ways to use the Ulanzi Falcam F38 Quick Release Plate on the DJI RS 3 Mini gimbals. This video explains two (2) of the ways which are somewhat free :-
1) By removing the safety pin and turning the adapter screw in the base plate.
2) By drilling a hole on the horizontal plate holder.
