if you want to breed your pleco fish so first you have to know genders of plecos so guys in todays videos we are going to discus how to identify male and female in pleco .Hello everyone my name is prathmesh your are watching prathmesh aquatics so let's start the video
First is body size if your both plecos are same age and they gets mature so in that case Female size will be little bigger than male and male looks little small in front of female
Second is body shape males look very elloganted shape and skinny and female look more rounder and wider than male it's very easy way to identify in pleco fish who is male and female
Third one is behaviour in pleco fish males are aggressive and they are ready to fight with other males while feeding and owning some place usually female stay very calm and compose
Fourth one bristles in some plecos fish like bristlenose pleco . The bristle grow on mouth and edge of head but in female bristle grow around the mouth
